            QC11K Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine with MD-11
          The QC11K features an all-steel welded structure with comprehensive treatment (vibration
          aging and heat treatment) to eliminate internal stress, ensuring exceptional rigidity and stability.
          The MD-11 system controller allows for programming of the X-axis (Backgauge) and cutting time,
          with the ability to store up to 40 programs. The advanced integrated hydraulic system offers high
          reliability, while the three-point support rolling guide eliminates gaps, enhancing shearing quality.
          Blade gap adjustment is quick and accurate, done manually or electrically for convenience. The
          rectangular blades, with all four edges, ensure long service life. The upper blade holder's inward
          tilting structure facilitates smooth material drop and improves workpiece accuracy. Additionally,
           the segmented shearing function provides precise alignment for efficient cutting.
